Missionary & Health Outreach in Mt Hagen - Papua New Guinea

Health lectures, distribution of herbal and food supplements, massage, BP check, Glucose check, health and spiritual counselling were part of the activities conducted in the highlands of Papua New Guinea by Br Rolly Dumaguit and 10 volunteering health missionaries from the Philippines. The attendance was a remarkable number of almost 300 natives from nearby villages and on another occasion more than 700 souls were served; church brethren were also distributed with 500kgs of brown rice. Furthermore, a six hours of lectures on health and methods of making herbal medicine was freely offered by the volunteering team on the last day to conclude the worthy trip; and the most beneficial one for the brethren and natives in the highlands of Mt Hagen.
